The location of the hotel is terrible. Upon check in, we were informed that the hotel is in the “entertainment district” and should we require earplugs, we could call down to the front desk. The hotel is situated beside a nightclub, and even with earplugs you can feel the bass through your pillow. There is absolutely no soundproofing. The hotel itself is fine; dated, with a set of elevators that should probably be avoided, but overall clean and comfortable. All my interactions with staff were positive. We were also given vouchers for a complimentary breakfast at the restaurant next door, although we didn’t have time to make use of them. Given its unfortunate location, I would not recommend this hotel.

Good hotel but noisy at nights

The hotel is 3* and we found it adequate. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets though better if ironed. The room was clean with plenty of hot water and decent towels. The staff were pleasant and helpful. On checking in, we were told to be careful going out at night as the area had a lot of homeless. I personally didn't find them to be a problem though heartbreaking. The reason for a 3* review rather than a deserved 4*, was the noise outside. Non-stop music and shouting til about 3am. Then came the garbage trucks! Not the hotel's fault but it did detract from my stay. On the plus side, the location is within walking distance to most attractions. If you can sleep through loud noises, then it's a great place.

I don't recommend this place for families Rooms are just ok but not recommended Elevators are in bad shape, we were stuck in Elevator for an hour , we called 911 to get support from authorities, No proper support from hotel management Stay away from this place

I stayed at this place for one day on a Sunday. The room was small but clean. There's alot around here especially clubs for 18-25 year old, if you are that age and want to party this is the place. There's a club downstairs and the base could be heard until past 2pm from my room. Very loud. Also, walls pretty thin here, I could hear the couple next door talking. The staff is super friendly.

Noisy and not worth the price. Check out other properties. Staff doesn’t bother with the guests. And housekeeping is poor. I was surprised because Quality Inns are usually pretty good but this one doesn’t meet the standards.
